Zelle LLP is pleased to announce the addition of partner Scott Bertschi and four new attorneys to its Atlanta office, significantly expanding the firm's insurance coverage capabilities. The additions come as Zelle continues to invest in its Atlanta presence following the recent relocation of the office to a new space in Midtown Atlanta, reflecting the firm's continued growth in the Southeast.

Bertschi joins Zelle from Clyde & Co., where he built a well-established practice focused on advising insurers on complex coverage issues and litigating disputes across a broad range of specialty lines, including  professional liability, cyber, directors and officers liability, and commercial general liability.  He regularly advises clients on claims handling, policy development, and other complex insurance issues. Bertschi attended Emory University for both his undergraduate and legal education and has spent his entire career in Atlanta, Georgia.  He and his family have lived in Atlanta for 33 years.

Also joining Zelle are Eric Retter, Tim Larsen, Da-Shon Dixon, and Ian Virtue, who bring additional depth and experience to the firm's insurance coverage practice. Retter has extensive experience handling complex insurance disputes across a range of coverage lines. Larsen advises insurers on cyber, professional liability, and other specialty risks. Dixon represents domestic and international insurers in coverage, claims counseling, and financial lines matters. Virtue focuses on insurance coverage analysis and litigation involving professional liability and other specialty insurance products.
