Ian Virtue
Ian focuses his practice on coverage-related matters for domestic and international insurers, with an emphasis on third-party claims, professional liability coverage, and insurance-related litigation. He assists insurers with coverage analysis, claims evaluation, and dispute resolution involving professional services claims and other specialty insurance products.
Ian works closely with insurers and claims professionals to evaluate liability exposures, analyze coverage issues, and develop practical strategies for resolving disputes. His practice includes both coverage counseling and litigation involving complex insurance matters arising under a variety of professional liability policies.
Prior to joining Zelle, Ian gained experience in litigation and legal research through work with federal government legal offices and an international law firm. He is bilingual in English and French.
