Tom Papa, an English solicitor who has been in Zelle LLP’s London office since 2021, is now licensed in Texas, and working in the firm’s Dallas office. Tom represents global insurance companies in insurance coverage and defense matters in connection with property, energy, construction, and professional negligence claims. He also has experience in liability coverage matters and reinsurance.
