Jane focuses her practice on coverage and litigation work under cyber risk, first-party property, builders risk, event cancellation, and energy outage policies, specializing in complex business interruption and bad faith claims. Jane is an experienced litigator with active cases in state and federal courts from coast to coast. She prides herself on diligent and tailored representation of her clients, and believes the key to a successful defense is in the details. She leads the firm's Cyber Risk and Losses group and is a frequent speaker at cyber insurance conferences.
