Jane will moderate this Business Interruption working group, while Jennifer joins fellow industry professionals in examining the evolving role of Contingent Business Interruption (CBI) claims. This presentation will be anchored on Contingent Business Interruption Claims. The panelists will tackle questions like: Does this traditional property insurance coverage language for CBI fit in cyber claims? Is CBI intended to control aggregation risk, and if so, is it working? What unique challenges do we face in applying CBI provisions to BI losses in the retail, professional services, manufacturing, and logistics industries? How is A.I. beginning to impact CBI claims, and what’s next?
