Jennifer Gibbs and Steven Badger will present at the First Party Claims Conference (FPCC) in Boston, MA, taking place December 8–10, 2025.
Jennifer Gibbs, a partner in Zelle’s Dallas, TX office, will participate in a panel titled “The Use of Artificial Intelligence in P&C Claims” with co-panelists John Wood (Green, Klein, Wood & Jones) and Rodney Patterson (Seneca Insurance). This interactive session will explore how artificial intelligence is reshaping property insurance claims handling – from automating routine processes and enhancing accuracy in damage assessments to detecting fraud and transforming workflow efficiency. Attendees will gain insights into the latest AI tools and best practices in P&C claims, as well as discuss the challenges and ethical considerations of integrating AI into claims decision-making.
