Jane Warring to Serve on Panel at NetDiligence Cyber Risk Summit

Jane Warring, a partner in Zelle’s Atlanta office, will be a panelist for the session “Pre-Loss Partnership on Cyber BI: Improving Communication and Reducing Disputes” at the NetDiligence Cyber Risk Summit in Bermuda, November 17, 2022.

The panel will address the following:

Coordinating with Insureds Pre-Loss, Including Explaining Coverage
Common Misunderstandings by Insureds During the Adjustment of a Business Interruption Loss
Analysis Performed During the Adjustment of a Cyber BI Loss
Common Coverage Disputes
