Minneapolis Office of Zelle Donates Over 1,000 Children’s Books to People Serving People

The Minneapolis office of Zelle recently organized a children’s book drive on behalf of its neighbor, People Serving People, with a goal of donating 1,000 books to restock People Serving People’s library and fill bookshelves throughout their building.
On June 21, a team of volunteers from Zelle’s Minneapolis office delivered 1,146 books – exceeding its goal – and was given a tour that included visits to each of the early childhood education rooms, the cafeteria where three meals are served daily to approximately 350 guests, and the resource rooms where support is offered with employment and technology resources. Team Zelle learned about the organization and had an opportunity to read the books that were delivered.
