Zelle Hofmann Names Frank Elsenbast as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer
February 7, 2014Zelle Hofmann Voelbel & Mason LLP is pleased to announce that Frank P. Elsenbast has joined the firm as its Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
As COO/CFO, Elsenbast will be responsible for the firm’s business operations, including finance, real estate, information technology, marketing and litigation support. In addition, he will work with the firm’s attorneys and Executive Committee on all aspects of Zelle Hofmann’s legal practice and the strategic management of the firm. He will assume the leadership role previously held by Robert R. Pederson, who has been Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Zelle Hofmann since 1990.

Elsenbast has 25 years of financial and management experience, including nine years as a public company CFO and involvement in a wide variety of industries including media, retail, technology and e-commerce. Prior to joining the firm, he served as CFO at LodgeNet Interactive.
