Thomas B. Caswell has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of industries during his 25-plus years handling complex litigation throughout the United States and internationally. He has particularly strong expertise in insurance coverage litigation is focused on first party property and liability coverage, construction defect claims, bad faith, time element, and boiler & machinery claims.
When a refinery, chemical plant, mine or industrial complex suffers an explosion, fire, or other major catastrophe, one of the first calls insurers often make is to Dick Urquhart. In addition to being a seasoned litigator specializing in catastrophe coverage, business interruption and subrogation, he has been a licensed professional engineer for over 30 years and brings a unique perspective to the major losses he handles.
Seth V. Jackson represents clients in all aspects of litigation in federal and state courts. His practice focuses on first-party and third-party insurance coverage litigation and reinsurance matters. Most recently, Seth is litigating a lawsuit on behalf of individuals who lost millions of dollars in the Madoff scandal.
