Supreme Court’s DOMA Decision Endorses Equality Arguments Advanced By Zelle Hofmann in Landmark Class Action

The Supreme Court’s recent ruling—that DOMA violates the Constitution’s guarantee of equal protection—rests on the same legal arguments advanced by Zelle Hofmann attorneys and LAS-ELC lawyers, and which were adopted by the district court in granting class certification and entering summary judgment in Dragovich v. United States Treasury.
