Judith Zahid Selected to Serve on ABA Section of Antitrust Law's International Civil Redress Task Force
August 15, 2011Zelle Hofmann Partner Judith Zahid has been selected to serve on the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Antitrust Law's International Civil Redress Task Force. The Task Force brings together antitrust practitioners and members of the judiciary in the U.S. and Europe to examine the myriad of questions being raised as to private enforcement of competition laws internationally. The Task Force aims to become a center for information and policy-shaping of private antitrust enforcement around the world.
