Zelle Hofmann Announces SRAM Class Action Notice of Settlements
June 16, 2011The US District Court for the Northern District of California has certified a nationwide settlement class of individuals and companies that purchased SRAM indirectly from one or more Defendants. The Settling Defendants have agreed to pay a total of $15,900,000, bringing the total settlements in the case to $41,322,000. Zelle Hofmann, as Class Counsel for plaintiffs, has issued class notice of the settlements.
