Shannon O’Malley Elected Partner at Zelle Hofmann
January 13, 2011Zelle Hofmann is pleased to announce that Shannon O’Malley has been elected Partner of the firm.
Shannon represents clients involved in catastrophe litigation, focusing her practice on analyzing complex and novel property insurance coverage issues that require a unique understanding of the intricacies of property insurance. Her work on matters arising from 9/11 and Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, and Ike have given Shannon the experience to understand and unravel complex legal arguments that are raised in coverage cases, including cases that are so unique, there is no guiding law directly on point.
Shannon is a frequent speaker and presenter on issues related to insurance law and serves as an active member of the Dallas Young Lawyers Association, Dallas Bar Association, Texas State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section. Shannon received her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law.
