O'Malley Appointed Vice-Chair of the ABA/TIPS Property Insurance Law Committee
July 22, 2010Shannon O'Malley has been appointed Vice-Chair of the Property Insurance Law Committee (PILC) within the American Bar Association's Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section. The PILC focuses on the law of first-party property insurance coverage, which includes physical damage, boiler & machinery, business income and interruption, extra expense, homeowners, inland marine, and ocean marine insurance.
Shannon is also Co-Chair to the 2011 PILC Committee Meeting in April 2011.
