Qianwei Fu, partner in Zelle’s Oakland, CA office, will participate in a panel discussion at the California Lawyers Association Annual Golden State Antitrust Institute (GSI) conference in San Francisco, CA.

Antitrust Ethics in Action 3.0

AI’s future in law is yet to be written. Yet lawyers using (and misusing) AI is happening now. Our four scenarios, acted out by leading in-house counsel and outside antitrust lawyers, will involve key professional rules in settings raising and wrestling with ethical challenges. The four scenarios include: AI taking over expert depositions, AI-driven discovery and privilege logging, an entrepreneur’s AI platform for appellate brief writing, and the use of AI-generated research in pleadings. Attendees will confront the risks, responsibilities, and real-time decisions lawyers face when integrating AI into their legal practice.
