James Chin to Present at PLRB Claims Conference & Insurance Services Expo
March 21, 2023James Chin, a partner in Zelle's Atlanta office, will serve on the panel "Measuring Business Income Losses: Emerging Issues" at the PLRB Claims Conference & Insurance Services Expo in Orlando, FL. James will present on March 21-22. He will be joined on the panel by Glenn Ricciardelli (MDD Forensic Accountants) and Joseph Slane (Engle Martin).
The session will:
- Identify the challenges in projecting a business’ financial performance as we slowly move beyond the COVID-19 pandemic
- Assess the impact of the supply side constraints in the economy, including extensions of the period of restoration
- Describe the impact of the return of inflation on loss measurements after experiencing a long period of “cheap money”
- Compare the current constraints in the supply of labor affecting business performance in terms of output and cost
