Reeves to Speak on "The Impact of U.S. Cap and Trade on North American Business Interruption Insurers" at ABA PILC Spring Meeting
April 1, 2010Zelle Hofmann attorney, Jason Reeves, will speak on "The Impact of U.S. Cap and Trade on North American Business Interruption Insurers" at the American Bar Association Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section's Property Insurance Law Committee Annual Spring Meeting. The meeting entitled Emerging Issues in Property Insurance: New Risks, New Products, New Regulations, will be held April 29-May 1, 2010, in Half Moon Bay, California. Mr. Reeves will address the cap and trade scheme of the anticipated climate change/energy bill.
