Seth Jackson to Present on Policy Training for CP Forms at PLRB Eastern Regional Adjusters Conference
October 31, 2018On October 30-31, 2018, Seth Jackson, a partner in the Boston office of Zelle, will present on “Policy Training for CP Forms” at the PLRB Eastern Regional Adjusters Conference in Hartford, CT.
Jackson will co-present with David Royal of Liberty Mutual Insurance. Their presentation will:
- Review the landscape and make-up of CP policy forms for mid-size and larger commercial insureds
- Describe troublesome coverage areas with a variety of claims that arise with CP policies
- Analyze proper adjustment approaches with claims involving multiple locations, coinsurance, water losses, property of others, valuation challenges, etc.
- Apply coverage appropriately in a variety of claim scenarios
