Reeves to Speak on the Topic "The Changing Climate of Insurance" at the 2009 ABA Annual Meeting
July 16, 2009Zelle Hofmann Attorney, Jason Reeves, will speak on the topic "The Changing Climate of Insurance" at the ABA Annual Meeting in Chicago on August 2, 2009. Mr. Reeves will be principally addressing the potential impact of a cap and trade carbon emissions scheme and the European experience with the ETS cap and trade mechanism. The Program Chair for this topic is Zelle Hofmann Attorney, Thomas Cook, and the program includes a representative from ACE London as well as poliyholder and defense perspectives.
