Jason Reeves to Present Lloyd’s Market Association Masterclass on Dispute Resolution
April 22, 2013On Monday, April 22, 2013, Jason Reeves, of Zelle Hofmann’s London office, will co-present a Lloyd’s Market Association Masterclass on the topic of “To Litigate or to Arbitrate? What to do and where to do it” with Anthony Menzies of DAC Beachcroft. The Masterclass will be given in London and attended by underwriters and claims professionals at Lloyd’s.
The presentation will be delivered jointly by English and US lawyers and will compare and contrast the experience of arbitration on each side of the Atlantic. The speakers will cover the relative merits of litigation in the courts and arbitration and the crucial differences between these two forms of dispute resolution, with some additional commentary on mediation and other forms of claim evaluation.
