Sarah J. Van Culin
Sarah is a senior associate attorney in Zelle’s Oakland office, where her practice focuses on complex litigation in antitrust law. Sarah is experienced in all areas of litigation, with particular experience in motion practice, discovery, and settlement.
Prior to joining Zelle, Sarah spent a number of years with Saveri & Saveri, Inc., a complex litigation firm in San Francisco where she worked across the firm’s antitrust and consumer protection class actions, including In re Cathode Ray Tube (CRT) Antitrust Litigation and In re Broiler Chicken Antitrust Litigation.
Representative Matters
Represented a nationwide class of direct purchaser plaintiffs in the Cathode Ray Tube antitrust litigation alleging price-fixing. (In re Cathode Ray Tube (CRT) Antitrust Litig., No. 4:07-cv-5944 JST (N.D. Cal.))
Represented direct purchaser plaintiffs in a consolidated class action lawsuit involving diminished performance of iPhone devices. (In Re: Apple Inc. Device Performance Litig., No. 5:18-md-02827-EJD (N.D. Cal.))
Represented direct purchaser plaintiffs in a class action lawsuit against broiler chicken producers. (In re Broiler Chicken Antitrust Litig., No. 1:16-cv-08637 (N.D. Ill.))
Represented California indirect purchasers of urethane and urethane chemicals in a California class action alleging price-fixing against urethane producers. (Urethane Cases, No. CJC-04-004367 (Cal.))
