Tom Papa

Tom is an English solicitor who represents global insurance companies in insurance coverage and defense matters in connection with property, energy, construction and professional negligence claims. He also has experience pursuing recoveries by way of subrogation claims and has a proven track record of recovery. Tom often acts on behalf of reinsurers/ the London market and advises on reinsurance coverage. Tom is also licensed to practice in Texas.

Tom was seconded to the London office of a German-based insurance company, where he was involved in supporting the claims team on a range of business lines. He has also been seconded to another global insurance company, focusing on a wide range of issues, including delegated authority, claims-handling, and TPA agreements.
