Mallory D. Ball
Mallory’s legal practice focuses on insurance coverage, including providing insurers with advice on coverage-related issues and representing insurers in litigation. She has experience in a variety of insurance coverage matters, including bad faith and extra contractual actions against insurers in both first-party and third-party claims.
Prior to joining Zelle, Mallory represented insurers in various coverage matters, including direct-action litigation and workers’ compensation premium litigation. Mallory also has experience defending attorneys in legal malpractice actions, assisting attorneys in responding to bar complaints, defending insureds in liability actions, defending appliance manufacturers in products liability actions, and assisting veterans with discharge upgrades and appeals of denials of service-connected disability benefits.

Represented insurer in declaratory judgement action on insurance coverage issues arising out of the use of a four-wheeler in an undeveloped wooded area of a neighborhood
