Gabrielle Siskind
Gabby’s practice focuses on providing a broad range of legal services as a coverage advisor and litigator to many of the world’s largest insurance companies, regarding complex commercial and insurance disputes. She specializes in matters concerning first-party property, builder’s risk, directors and officers, and errors and omissions policies, particularly related to property damage, faulty workmanship, business interruption loss, delay in completion, and bad faith claims. In addition to providing coverage advice, Gabby has litigated numerous substantial matters in both state and federal courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, across the country.
Gabby joined Zelle in 2018 after working as a summer associate and law clerk for the firm while attending Fordham Law School.
Gabby is originally from Baltimore, and a fan of the Ravens and all things Maryland.
Representative Matters
Assisted in representing insurers across the country in legal disputes regarding losses attributed to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Successfully defended several COVID-19 litigated matters where the court dismissed the complaint at either the motion to dismiss or summary judgment stage.
Provided coverage advice to property insurance markets on application of policy exclusions for damage to solar panels and wind turbines.
