Bret Linley

Bret is a senior associate in Zelle’s Atlanta office. He represents insurance clients in pre-suit evaluation and all stages of litigation. His practice focuses on a wide range of insurance-related matters, with an emphasis on first-party coverage disputes.

Prior to joining Zelle, Bret clerked for Judge Jack Wilson on the Mississippi Court of Appeals and then spent a number of years with Lloyd Gray Whitehead & Monroe, a litigation firm in Birmingham where he worked in the firm’s insurance coverage group representing carriers in complex third-party coverage actions.
