Victoria K. Pagos

Victoria counsels clients, including many of the world’s largest insurance companies, regarding complex insurance coverage disputes concerning commercial property, builder’s risk, and equipment breakdown policies. She has litigated numerous substantial matters in both state and federal courts across the country involving first-party claims under commercial property, builder’s risk, equipment breakdown, directors and officers, and errors and omissions policies.

Prior to joining Zelle, Victoria clerked for the Honorable Dennis F. Carey, III, presiding judge of the civil division, Essex vicinage in Essex County, New Jersey. Thereafter, she practiced complex business litigation in New York and New Jersey while at a regional firm based in Jersey City.

Successfully defended several COVID-19 litigated matters where the court dismissed the complaint at either the motion to dismiss or summary judgment stage.

Defended a New Jersey developer with regard to alleged faulty workmanship and misrepresentation. Obtained a dismissal of all claims at summary judgment.
