Eunbee Cho, Associate

Eunbee is licensed to practice in the State of Minnesota. Her practice focuses on representing global insurance companies in all stages of litigation surrounding first-party property insurance claims.

Oakland Office

Anna Ali, Associate

Anna’s practice focuses on complex litigation in antitrust law. She contributes to high‑stakes matters involving unfair competition and class actions, with experience supporting corporate plaintiff affirmative recovery and indirect and direct purchaser cases. Anna has extensive experience conducting in-depth research and analysis of intricate antitrust legal issues. Before joining Zelle’s litigation team, she clerked in the firm’s Oakland office and received Zelle’s Diversity in Law Scholarship.

Matt Veldman, Associate

Matt’s practice spans complex antitrust and commercial litigation. He contributes to matters representing both opt out and class plaintiffs by delivering rigorous legal research and analysis, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, managing discovery and eDiscovery workflows, and coordinating with experts. Before joining Zelle’s litigation team, Matt clerked in the firm’s Oakland office.

New York Office

Ori Shafirstein, Senior Associate

Ori has represented many of the world’s largest insurance carriers in complex coverage disputes and actions in New York State and Federal courts, as well as around the country. He focuses primarily on disputes and claims involving commercial liability and property policies but also has experience in general commercial litigation and liability matters.
