Laura M. Maletta
Laura’s practice is focused on litigating and counseling her clients, including many of the world’s largest insurance companies, on complex insurance coverage disputes. She has handled a diverse range of litigation in both state and federal courts across the country in first-party and third-party insurance coverage claims involving commercial property, builder’s risk, equipment breakdown, commercial general liability, and cyber policies.
Her thorough approach to handling claims ensures that her clients’ matters move forward expediently while also preserving their interests throughout the claim process.
Laura has experience working on both sides of the aisle. Prior to joining Zelle, she represented insurers and insureds in insurance coverage, personal injury, and property damage matters, advising and managing her clients’ risks at all stages. She also defended insurers, municipalities, universities, and manufacturers.
