Bryan Wang
Bryan’s practice focuses on complex litigation with an emphasis on antitrust and competition law. He has served clients in multidistrict litigations, class actions, and as opt-out claimants. His experience in anticompetitive issues spans multiple industries, including healthcare, automotive, and gas service stations. He has experience with pre-suit investigation, pre-trial motions and hearings, discovery, and class certification.
Representative Matters
Represents United Healthcare Services, Inc. in a multidistrict litigation against the largest generic pharmaceutical manufacturers for alleged price-fixing, market allocation, and bid-rigging for hundreds of different generic drugs. In re: Generic Pharmaceuticals Pricing Antitrust Litigation, MDL No. 2724. (United HealthCare Services, Inc. v. Actavis Holdco U.S., Inc., et al.)
Represented United Healthcare Services, Inc. in an antitrust action against the branded pharmaceutical drug, Provigil, and generic manufacturers. The suit involved reverse-payment settlement that delayed the entry of lower priced generics that caused that cause.
