Ashley Pedigo
Ashley represents major insurance carriers in matters involving first-party property claims, Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) violations, bad faith causes of action, and coverage disputes. She is licensed in the Northern, Eastern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas, dealing with a variety of lawsuits in both state and federal court.
Prior to joining Zelle, Ashley served as a Senior Attorney at a regional Texas-based law firm, where she managed an extensive docket of first-party cases, including matters involving breach of contract and bad faith, for a national Fortune 500 insurance carrier.
While in law school, Ashley served a Clerkship with Honorable Judge Martin Hoffman, 68th Civil District Court Dallas, Texas.
